Enrolling our daughter in the Little Samurais course was the best thing we've ever done. Her confidence has soared, she has learned to set herself goals (even at the age of 3) and to build resilience. Sensei Blake, Sensei Shane and Sensei Justine are fantastic role models for her to have in her life and she looks forward to seeing them every session as they have taken the time to get to know her, her learning styles and what makes her tick. We love it!

I've been taking my boy here for 4 months. He's just turned 7 and is shy and quiet. Thanks to the unbelievable patience of the instructors he's not only learning a fantastic martial art, but he's coming out of his shell with his confidence growing week by week. The thing I like most though is that the instructors promote positive attitude and respect as an integral part of the lessons. Great class sizes, great venue great atmosphere!

Blake, Shane and the team are amazing! Our four year old son has been attending for 3months and loves karate, he's more focused, responsible and shows respect and concentration. With the current situation Shobukan has provided amazing service always putting the health and well-being of their students first. The online classes are fun and parents get to help train their little Samurai. When everything settles down we'll be back on the mats first chance.

Our son has been training at the Alkimos dojo now for around 9 months. He absolutely loves it, his confidence has skyrocketed. The professionalism of the super friendly family run business is reflected by how full all of the classes are. The classes are fun and firm and it's great to see everyone progressing.Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Shobukan Martial Arts! My daughter has been training karate for nearly 3 years and I have been training for nearly 2 years at the Alkimos dojo. It is such a family friendly environment and has a real inclusive, community feel. My daughter's self confidence has massively improved and we have made life long friends. The instructors are 5 stars and we are extremely happy to have found Shobukan for our martial arts journey.

My Daughter does Karate. My misses and i do Kali. We love this dojo. Justine, Shane, Blake, and the other sensei's are great. Its a family oriented dojo. They even hold birthday parties for kids. Our daughter had her 5th birthday party and she loved it. She even got to cut her cake with a samurai sword.
